submission

ICT Innovations 2023 invites submissions of original and unpublished research papers on all conference topics. In addition, we welcome proposals for workshops which will be held in conjunction with the main conference.

Submissions are to be made through the EasyChair Conference Management System.

Guidelines

Submitted papers must be written in English and formatted according to the Springer LNCS/CCIS conference proceedings guidelines. Papers should be limited to 15 pages.

Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, for Overleaf, LaTeX or Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers.

Review process

ICT innovations conference submissions are subject to a single-blind peer reviewed process by the conference’s international Program Committee. Each paper is assigned to at least three carefully selected peers in the field matching the topic.

The reviews from the peers help the Program Chairs select which papers to accept as full papers, short papers, posters or to reject. Additionally, the reviews will help the authors of papers improve their papers.

Moreover, the reviews will be a valuable asset for the Program Chairs in the decision of Best Paper Award.

Publication consent

At least one of the authors must register for the Conference. The corresponding author, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form.

The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
